"Actually works really well, right?"
I was kind of surprised by how much this helped my hearing. I feel like I’m not imagining it—it really does seem to make a big difference.

"Better than I expected, but not perfect"
I ordered this from ADCO Hearing, i wasn’t expecting the sound to be as decent as it is. Voices come through clear and don’t have that overly tinny sound I was worried about. It’s not flawless though, in louder places things can still get a little fuzzy, which was a bit disappointing after hoping it would handle noise better. For normal day-to-day use, it does the job well enough. I’d give it 4 stars.

I ordered from adcohearing.com the package got here sooner than I thought it would. The tracking was okay too, though maybe I’m being a little picky, but I did wish the updates were a bit clearer. Everything arrived in good shape, so no real complaints. I’m giving 4 stars mainly because the shipping was quick, even if the tracking could’ve been a little better.

I called in with a quick question, and they actually took the time to walk me through it. No hassle or runaround, which I appreciated. Solid experience overall, and I’d use them again.

I did end up getting my refund, so that part was fine. It just took a bit longer than I expected, and I kept checking my account every now and then, thinking maybe it would show up sooner. Not a huge issue in the end, just a little slow

"Worked okay at first, but didn’t last"
I bought a hearing aid dryer from ADCO Hearing and it seemed to work fine in the beginning. After a few months though, the lid hinge started getting loose, and you kind of expect something like this to hold up better for the price. It was disappointing because I really thought it would last longer.

"Tech support tried, I guess"
I had a rough time with their tech support. To be fair, they were polite enough, which is nice if you don’t actually need your problem solved quickly. It took way too long to get a response, and when they finally replied, it felt like they hadn’t really read what I wrote. I ended up still confused and had to figure it out on my own, which was really frustrating...

"I ordered a specific size of hearing aid..."
I ordered a specific size of hearing aid batteries, but they sent me a different one. It ended up taking longer than expected to get everything sorted out, which was frustrating. Has anyone else had the same issue with their order?

"Works okay, but feels a little clunky"
I was able to find what I needed, but the site felt a bit clunky overall. Not sure how to explain it, but some pages took a while to load and it just didn’t feel super smooth...

Overall, I thought the prices were fair and the value was good. The only thing is the shipping cost felt a little high, but like I said, the prices themselves were reasonable.
